It is safe to say that there’s nothing remotely resembling the feeling of discovering new place to eat and hang out. To escape the hustle and bustle of our hectic lifestyle.
Pantja name has an ethnic ring to it, it’s derived from Sankrit with the meaning “Five”(senses). It just opened for lunch recently after only serving dinner for the past few months of it’s debut. Like many restaurants in Senopati area, this one also provides Valet service for parking.

Bucatini (IDR 155.000): Pipe-like fresh pasta that you can sink your teeth into, worked wondrously with Pork Tesa (Pork Ragu sauce), Soft egg and Pecorino cheese. Deliciousness overload!

Medjool Date (IDR 75.000): Sticky toffee pudding with Vanilla Ice cream, Orange marmalade and Smoked salt. Nicely prepared, gooey and unapologetically sweet.
Pantja has put itself ahead of one of the best list new restaurants for me personally. Although it’s pricey, the quality and unconventional menu speaks for itself. Let’s wait and see what else they have to offer.
